Once you receive the goods…
Please inspect the items as soon as possible. If there’s any damage or defect found on the item or incorrect items received, please notify us at admin[at]lovingcottage.com:
Reason of returning
Exchanges and refunds will only valid within 14 working days for all domestic orders and within 28 days for all international orders.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us when you are ready to return the item. We will email you the address to send your return to. Please understand that the postage is to be settled by you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The exchange can only be applied to the same item or normal priced items (except clearance and sale items). Postage is to be settled by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days but it's usually fast.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
