Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to admin[at]lovingcottage.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped status will not be able to cancel.
Q. Are the products brand new? How do you package?
All products are brand new unless otherwise stated. Pictures will be shown on the individual product page to let you see the defects. The reason is usually because of the paper packaging is slightly dirty or torn but does NOT affect the content and the actual product itself. We take extreme care in packaging each order as if it was our own. Packages may be opened for inspection. Rest assured that all of your purchased products are new and unused.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM / MYR) for local orders or change to USD/GBP/EUR/SGD for international orders on the top right corner of our website.
Q: What is your payment method?
We use bank transfer for domestic orders in Malaysia. For international orders, PayPal is the preferred method to process your payment. This method is secured and easy. On the PayPal page, you can either pay with "Pay with my PayPal account" or "Pay with my credit or debit card".
Q: When will you ship my items?
Ready-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days after payment confirmation. In some cases, your items will even ship on the same day. For pre-ordered items, please allow 2-4 weeks to ship.
Q. How long does the delivery usually take?
Domestic orders in Malaysia usually take 2-5 working days via Poslaju. Worldwide orders usually take 7-30 working days via Malaysia Post (registered parcel or EMS). Click the delivery info page for details.
Q. Why do I receive my parcel separately?
Certain items may be sent from various facilities and as such you receive your order separately at different times. This will be mentioned in your order status.
Q: Will you update me about my order, payment and delivery status?
Yes, once we receive your order, you’ll be notified to update your payment. After payment confirmation, you’ll get an email notification that your order is being processed and ready to be shipped. Kindly take note that if orders received on Fridays (late afternoon), Saturdays and Sundays, we will process your orders after payment confirmed on Mondays especially for bank transfer from different banks because we will only get payment confirmation during working days. You will not hear from us yet due to this reason. Tracking number will be emailed to you upon order dispatch. In summary, you will get emails from us about your order, payment and delivery status. Please check your emails and also the spam folder.
Q: Why can’t I find my order?
Your order will be cancelled on the third day if no payment received. Otherwise, please contact us at admin[at]lovingcottage.com to check.

Certain items only which will be mentioned on the products' pages or e-newsletter. Kindly contact us for more info.
